Here’s a simple question, where are all of your medical records from your past annual health checkups or medical procedures? What if we were to tell you that by organising all of your medical records and passing it down to your kids, you could potentially save their lives one day?
The idea behind this is that when your kids truly understand their family’s medical history, they can then share that information with their doctors down the road. This would help them keep an eye out for potential hereditary risks such as heart diseases, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, cancer, arthritis and more.
1 – Go to Medical Records @ Health
It should be the 2nd or 3rd tile you’ll see.
2 – Add Medical Record
If you haven’t done this before, this page will be empty.
3 – Fill Up Medical Record Details
Specify the type of medical record, how to locate the physical copy, which hospital/clinic issued it and your doctor’s information.
4 – Upload Documents (Optional)
Attach a digital copy or an image of the medical record or any other supporting document during this step.
5 – Review Your Medical Records
All of the medical records that you’ve added will now appear as a list.
6 – Edit or Delete Medical Records
If you need to edit a particular medical record, just click on it and you’ll find the Edit button on the top right of your screen. While the Delete or Remove button is at the bottom.
